The L066 King Tiger Pleco is a striking and highly sought-after pleco, admired for its bold black-and-cream striped pattern. Each fish develops its own unique markings, ranging from clean bands to more intricate, maze-like patterns.
Although generally peaceful, they can become territorial around caves, particularly mature males. Provide plenty of suitable caves, wood and shaded hiding places so each fish can establish its own space. They thrive in warm, clean and highly oxygenated water with good filtration and regular maintenance.
L066 Plecos are protein-loving omnivores and should be offered quality sinking pellets, frozen or live foods and occasional vegetable-based foods. They are not dedicated algae eaters and should never be expected to survive on algae or leftovers alone.
